Daryl W. Price Esquire

Daryl W Price Esquire AttorneyBorn and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Mr. Price moved to Baltimore, MD to attend The Johns Hopkins University. There, he studied International Relations and Spanish. During the course of his study, he sought to increase his knowledge and awareness of the South American diaspora, and embarked on various courses of international study in Colombia, Venezuela, and Mexico where he studied Spanish language, history, and literature and comparative government and legal systems. During this time he, helped to found a humanitarian assistance project in Venezuela where he, fellow students, and administrators brought much needed clothing, food, and other humanitarian assistance to needy families in the mountainous regions. He also began practicing Shotokan karate, a Japanese martial art as a pastime.

Upon graduating from Johns Hopkins in 1994 with a B.A. in International Relations and a minor in Spanish, Mr. Price took a year off and worked at the World Trade Center Institute in Baltimore (WTCI). At the WTCI, he conducted research on Maryland trade policy to determine its competitiveness in the international marketplace. This research was utilized by Maryland policy analysts to help strengthen Maryland’s international competitive advantage.

In 1991, Mr. Price matriculated into the University of Baltimore Law School, where he concentrated on International Law and Trade. While a student, he clerked at Gershberg & Pearl for a year, handling personal injury, immigration, property, estates, disability, and supplemental security income cases.

He transitioned to the Law Office of William H. Proctor where he clerked for a year and a half handling personal injury, worker’s compensation, employment discrimination, family, and collections law. Upon graduation from law school, he was awarded an associate position.

Finding that he had a keen interest in advocacy and immigration law, Mr. Price transitioned exclusively to the practice of immigration law and obtained invaluable experience from the Immigration Law Center, Law Office of David Goren, Law Office of Levine & Yates, and the Spanish Catholic Center between 1996 and 2002. To further this goal, he opened Daryl W. Price, Esquire, LLC in 2002 and dedicated the firm exclusively to immigration law. Beginning in 2012, his mostly Latino clientele began to bring the firm auto accident, slip and fall, worker’s compensation, and other personal injury cases, so these areas were officially added to the firm’s resume. Today, the firm proudly offers years of experience, dedication, and proven results to its clients.

Mr. Price has a black belt in Shotokan karate and has blue belts in judo and jiu-jitsu. He approaches the practice of law practice in the same spirit he approaches his training—gentle, respectful and amicable but with resolve. If litigation becomes necessary, Mr. Price fights for his clients with passion and honor.

Mr. Price participates in pro bono legal service clinics through the Montgomery County Bar Association about three times per month.

“Experience without techniques and strategies is the slowest route to maximize the value of your claim. Techniques and strategies without experience leads to defeat.”
